Arizona Trucking Services
The heavy-duty vehicles and loads involved in commercial trucking services are ultimately required to, under the Act 300 of Michigan Vehicle Code (MVC) of Public Acts of 1949, perform their business as per the constraints as established by this Act. The vehicles and loads that can not be lessened in their size and can not be transported other than by road are required to obtain permits from the reigon’s local Department of Transportation (DOT). All transportation permits should be obtained from State Transport Authorities by any individual or organization involved in commercial trucking services if they transport loads over normal legal limits. You can get more relevant information about the legally-permitted sizes of vehicles and forms of transportation permits provided from your local department of transportation.
Temporary operation permits have been released since 1992. If a business only needs a permit to operate over a designated period, Temporary Testing, Demonstration, and Temporary Operation Permits may be required. You can get them from all the outlets of Auto plan and any government inspection stations (weigh scales). You are enabled to perform general transportation projects for anywhere from one day to two weeks through this permit, but there are certain limitations to use this permit for commercial activities.
