Picture of On the Go Transportation [Major] [Minor] and Trucking Service
The heavy-duty vehicles and loads connecteded with commercial trucking services are generally required to, under the Act 300 of Michigan Vehicle Code (MVC) of Public Acts of 1949, act out their business as per the constraints as established by this Act. The vehicles and loads that can not be decreased in their size and can not be transported other than by road are needed to obtain permits from the reigon’s local Department of Transportation (DOT). All transportation permits should be obtained from State Transport Authorities by any individual or organization involved in commercial trucking services if they transport loads more than just normal legal limits. You can get more details about the legally-permitted sizes of vehicles and forms of transportation permits provided from your local department of transportation.

Temporary operation permits have been released since 1992. If a business only needs a permit to operate over a designated period of time, Temporary Testing, Demonstration, and Temporary Operation Permits may be required. You can obtain them from all the outlets of Auto plan and any government inspection stations (weigh scales). You are permitted to perform general transportation ventures for anywhere from 1 day to two weeks using this permit, but there are certain stipulations to use this permit for commercial activities.
